Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Nerro when you use the service. Last updated October 10, 2026.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Nerro, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Nerro for a business, you confirm you can agree on that business's behalf. Nerro is for businesses, and you must be at least 18.
2. What Nerro provides
Nerro lets a business set up AI employees that answer and return phone calls, answer questions from information the business provides, take messages, book appointments, send texts and hand calls to a person. Nerro is in early access: features may change, and we'll tell you about significant changes.
3. Your account
Keep your login details secure and tell us at support@nerro.si if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what team members you invite do.
4. What you're responsible for
- Following the law where you and your callers are. This includes rules on telling callers they're speaking to an AI, consent to transcribe calls, calling and texting people (such as the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act), and anything specific to your industry.
- Accurate information. Your AI employee answers from the business details, hours, prices and policies you give it. Keep them correct.
- Telling your callers. Your AI employee says it is an AI assistant when it answers. If your callers need any further notice (for example that calls are transcribed), you're responsible for giving it.
- Reviewing important outcomes. Check bookings, messages and approvals in the app, and stay reachable for calls your AI employee hands to a person.
5. What you must not use Nerro for
- Emergencies. Nerro is not an emergency service and is not a replacement for 911. Your AI employee tells callers with a real emergency to call 911, but it can't guarantee anyone's safety.
- Health information. Nerro is not HIPAA-compliant yet and doesn't sign Business Associate Agreements. Don't use it to handle protected health information, for example as a medical or dental practice.
- Cold calling or bulk messaging. Only call or text people who contacted your business or asked to be contacted. No telemarketing, robocall campaigns or purchased lists.
- Anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful. This includes impersonating someone, collecting payment card numbers or passwords on calls, harassing anyone, or trying to break into or overload Nerro.
6. AI can make mistakes
Your AI employee follows the setup you give it, and Nerro only reports an action (like a booking) as done when the system behind it confirms it. Even so, AI can misunderstand a caller or give an incomplete answer. It doesn't give legal, medical or financial advice. You decide what it may do, and you can change, pause or turn it off at any time.
7. Phone numbers and connected tools
Phone numbers come through our telephone providers. A number Nerro provides stays assigned to you while your account is active; if you close your account, we may release it after giving you notice. If you connect a number or account you own (such as Twilio, Google Calendar, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce or Slack), that provider's own terms also apply, and you can disconnect it at any time.
8. Fees
During early access Nerro is free and you won't be charged. Before billing switches on, we'll email account owners at least 14 days in advance with the prices. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Minutes beyond your plan's included amount are billed at the per-minute rate shown on the Pricing page. Prices don't include taxes. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
9. Your data
Your business information, call transcripts and records belong to you. You let us use them only to run, secure and improve Nerro for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. For calls, we process information on your behalf. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising. You can ask us to export or delete your data.
10. Suspending or ending your account
You can stop using Nerro and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts callers or others at risk, or isn't paid once billing starts. Where we can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
11. Disclaimers and limits
Nerro is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every call will be answered or handled correctly. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it, or US$100 if that's more. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You agree to cover claims made against Nerro that come from how you used it unlawfully or against these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date above. For significant changes, we email account owners before they take effect. Continuing to use Nerro after that means you accept the new terms.
